Keep these Roles in mind when inviting new Members
At the Organizational level there are two Roles:
Organizational Owner: Manages the Billing and Account information and has full Dashboard Access.
Organizational Admin: Has full Dashboard access.
At the Group level there are three Roles:
Group Director: Leader of a specific Group.
Group Creator: Can create content in a specific Group.
Group Participant: Can view content in a specific Group.
From the Dashboard, invitations can be sent to new Members in many ways. First, determine which Member Role you are assigning to the recipient and then choose the right path below.
If inviting Organization Owners or Organization Admins, click on the Members tab underneath the name of the ORGANIZATION on the left of the screen.
Click the Invite button in red on the right of the screen.
Select the Member Role (Organization Owner or Organization Admin)
Enter Email address(es). Then click Send.
An email will be sent to the recipient so they are aware they have been invited to join Loop :45.
When inviting Group Directors, follow the same process as above, but for the Organization Role, select “Member”.
An email will be sent to the recipient so they are aware they have been invited to join Loop :45.
If inviting Group Creators or Group Participants, click on the Members tab underneath the name of the GROUP on the left of the screen.
Click the Invite button in red on the right of the screen.
Select the Member Role (Group Creator or Group Participant).
Share the link or QR code with the recipient. By clicking on this link or QR code, the Member will automatically be added to this specific Group.
Feel free to share the link or QR code in any form you like - via email, text, workplace chat, in person, etc.
