When a viewer watches a Video and taps a Reaction, the Video Creator sees not only the Reactions but also who Reacted, making it an easy way to let them know you've watched their content.
As an added bonus, sending a Reaction makes your team member feel really good about the video content they have created.

Reactions are a new feature in the Loop :45 App. They are a way to share a quick thought with the Video Creator.
There are five Reactions in the Loop :45 App and they can be found when viewing a Video in the App.
To send a Reaction, simply tap on the "React" option on the right side of the video viewer. The five Reaction options will appear on the screen. The Reactions options are: ALL SET, GREAT JOB, OUTSTANDING, BIG IDEA and LET'S CONNECT.
Tap the Reaction you wish to share with the Video Creator.
The Video Creator will be notified that a Reaction has been shared.
Viewers will also be able to see who else Reacted to the Video.
