If your Organization has a Membership on Loop :45, they have the ability to create an unlimited number of Groups. The Organization Owner, Admins or Group Directors have control over who is invited to each Group and oftentimes you may find yourself in more than one Group.
Problem: You have created a Video and accidentally placed it in the incorrect Group.
Here are some troubleshooting tips:
Visit the Studio page in the Loop :45 App and locate the Video which was placed in the incorrect Group.
Tap on the More menu to the right of the Video, indicated by the three vertical dots.
Tap "Copy as Draft". This will create a second version of this Video. You will be prompted to enter the Video title and any attachments.
At the bottom of the screen, there is a drop down for "Publish to: Select Location". From the drop down menu, select the correct location or Group.
Tap "Publish" - the new version of the Video is now placed in the correct Group.
You may go back to the Studio page and find the ORIGINAL Video:
Tap on the More menu to the right of the Video, indicated by the three vertical dots.
Select Delete Video. This will delete this original version of the Video and now the one that remains is the one you placed in the correct Group.
