If you just created a video and find that the processing is taking a long time, please try these steps:
Check your WiFi. If your WiFi is not strong enough, the Video may not be able to process. Change your WiFi settings or find a location where your WiFi is stronger.
If this does not help, please know that the Video created has been saved to your phone in your Photo Library or Photos app. Once you are in a location with stronger WiFi, you may upload the Video from your phone to the Loop :45 App for it to process.
Once a Video have completed processing, a notification will be sent. Be sure to have your notifications on so that you alerted.
