Get Acquainted: The Loop :45 Dashboard

Get Started by logging in to the Loop :45 Dashboard. The Loop :45 Dashboard is your go-to hub for all the content and security settings your Members experience in the App. This truly is Video at Work.

Only Owners, Org Admins, and Group Directors can create Authorized Groups for your organization. Group settings include visibility in search results, Member approval requirements, and the default Member role upon joining. Group Member roles — Director, Creator, or Participant — can be adjusted individually, allowing you to easily assign different roles to specific Members.

For any Group, click on the three dots on the Group card to reveal the MORE menu. From here:

Edit Profile

Provide more detail about the Group and add a photo that will appear as part of the Group Profile on the app.

Manage Members

Share links and show QR codes to add Members to the Group.

Edit Settings

Change your settings for Discoverability, Member Requests, and Default Member Roles.

Owners, Admins, and Directors can Invite Members to Groups. Simply click on the Invite button and share the link or QR code to admit the Member to the Group. Organizations with a Business Membership have multiple options for Member Roles:

Creator: This role has access to create, view, and share Videos in a specific Group or Groups.

Participant: This role has access to view Videos in a specific Group or Groups. When granted access, this role may also create and share Videos for a specific purpose.

As an Owner, Admin, or Director on Loop :45, you have complete authority to manage your Organization's ecosystem. This extends beyond creating content, Assignments, and --Programs to include managing settings to safeguard your standards. Any content, regardless of who created it, can be immediately deleted from the Platform if it does not meet your Organization’s standards.

Locate the “gear icon” and “more menus” to uncover settings on the Groups, Members, and Playlist pages. Whether you need to adjust permissions, streamline group settings, or oversee member activity, the Loop :45 Dashboard provides you with all the tools necessary to maintain order and security within your -Platform.
