Loop :45 has two levels of Membership. The first is a Business Membership account for Organizations with a team or teams of people looking to communicate and connect via the App. The cost per month is $50 plus $0.05 per video viewed. This is usage-based pricing. You only pay for what is viewed. There are no additional costs.

The second level of Membership is for Individuals looking to create videos to help them with Professional Development. The App is Free and it includes a total of 10 videos and 1,000 video views. Once those limits are met or once the Individual Member decides they would prefer having more features of the product, we encourage them to consider a Business Membership Account.

The Loop :45 App can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play Store for use on a mobile device.

The Loop :45 App can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play Store. Loop :45 Members can access the App via mobile phone for the optional experience. The App cannot be reached via desktop or laptop, however the Loop :45 Dashboard can.

To join Loop :45, visit the Loop :45 Dashboard and register your Organization. From here, the Loop :45 platform will walk through the steps for Billing and then to create Groups, Invite Members and Design Content Programs.

Any Loop :45 video can be shared via a shareable link, allowing viewers to access it conveniently, from anywhere. The sharable link can be viewed by Members in the Loop :45 App or by anyone via mobile or web browser.

Controls are in place if the Group Creator chooses to keep the video private, or keep it to Members of their Group on Loop :45 as well. Learn more about Loop :45 Features.

A Profile Video on Loop :45 is an excellent resource. It is more than just an introduction. It’s an opportunity to showcase your personality, highlight your experiences, forge messaging connection, and expand your network. It’s an impactful way to make a great first impression. A Profile Video, with high-value attachments, like a resume or a portfolio link, is a sharable resource that can be used for Professional Networking or for Introductions ahead of meetings, conferences, and conversations. A Group on Loop :45 is a way for organizations with a Business Membership to segment their audience for more targeted communication and collaboration. Business Members can create an unlimited number of Groups, each containing an unlimited number of Members.

You need not be a part of an Organization to use Loop :45.

Loop :45 offers two types of Memberships.

• Business Membership - This type of account allows for Group creation, Member Management, Content Standardization, and sophisticated Content Programming. You must be a part of an Organization to have this type of account. This Membership costs $50 per month and $0.05 per video viewed.
• Individual Membership - This type of account is Free to the individual Member but has limitations in terms of the number of videos that can be created and the number of views this account can achieve.

Yes. Non-Members of Loop :45 can view Loop :45 Videos and Playlists. If the Video Creator allows, Videos and Playlists created on Loop :45 have shareable links that can be copied and then sent via any preferred communications vehicle (email, messaging, workplace chat, etc.). Once received, the Non-Member can simply click on the link to view the content in a browser on any device. Learn more about Loop :45 Features.

As a Member of an Organization with a Business Account, you have the ability to create Videos that are not shared with the wider Group or its Members.

Yes. There are two methods for sharing on Social Media. First, every Video that is created on Loop :45 is saved to the Creator’s Camera Roll. That Video can then be shared on any platform. Second, every Video that is created on Loop :45 has a shareable link that can be copied and pasted into any preferred communications vehicle, (i.e. email, messaging, workplace chat, or social media platform).

Content moderation and management is absolutely in the hands of the Organization. Organization Owners, Organization Admins, and Group Directors have the ability to remove content that they deem not appropriate for the Loop :45 platform, no matter who created it. Loop :45 provides the access and the power for Organization Owners, Organization Admins, and Group Directors to manage their Groups, Members and Content through the Loop :45 Dashboard and changes take place immediately.

The Loop :45 App can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play Store for use on a mobile phone. The App allows for video creation, sharing and watching. The Loop :45 Dashboard can be accessed via desktop or laptop. The Dashboard is where Loop :45 Business Members who are Owners or Admins can view Analytics, create Groups, invite Members, design Programs and designate Assignments. Both the App and the Dashboard are password protected using the same credentials.

Yes. For any Member who has access to Create Videos, they may also Upload videos. Videos can be added by accessing the Camera Roll on the Phone. You must allow Loop :45 access to the Camera Roll in order to allow Uploads.

Videos on Loop :45 are limited to 45 seconds to respect the audience's time and attention span. This concise format ensures that your message remains impactful.  :45-seconds is short, but it is long enough to make an impact. For messages longer than 45 seconds, we recommend breaking them into shorter segments. Each segment can be a separate video, and members can create a playlist to keep all segments together for a cohesive presentation.

At this time, Loop :45 does not support Video embedding, however, every Video that is created on Loop :45 is saved to the Creator’s Camera Roll and can be used to embed on other digital platforms.

Organizations with a Business Membership Account can have an unlimited number of Organizational Admins and Group Directors on the Account. There are no licenses or seats.

Videos on Loop :45 are owned by the Organization. Video Creators can delete videos from the Group and Organizational Owners and Admins and Group Directors have full control to manage all Video content on the Platform.

Loop :45 does not actively submit or share your Videos with search engines. However, search engines may still gather information from various sources, so it is possible that your Videos could appear in search engine results.

The Loop :45 App allows Members create and share videos. From the App, start a new recording, wait for the 3-2-1 countdown and begin speaking. Members may also upload videos directly from devices, integrating them into their Loop :45 collection.

There are many ways to share video using the Loop :45 App. As a Member in an Group, the video can be posted so all the Members of the Group can view it. Select Members can be sent the video via the in-App Messaging feature. And, the video can be shared outside of the App, using a sharable browser link that can be sent via text, email or any other preferred method. Learn more about Loop :45 Features.

Loop :45 captures and reports on the number of Videos Published, number of Video Views, and number of Members by Group. This data can be accessed by Organizational Owners, Organizational Admins and Group Directors.

Every Video created on Loop :45 is also stored on the Creator’s phone. Once the Video has been recorded, a copy of that Video is stored in the Camera Roll and can be accessed by the Creator.

Yes. One of the core benefits of Loop :45 is our Signature :45 feature, combining a concise video with high-value attachments. High-value attachments include PDFs, images, hyperlinks, and descriptive text. Learn more about Loop :45 Features.

With a Business Membership Account, there is no limit to the number of Videos that an Organization or its Members can create.

Organizations with a Business Membership have multiple opportunities to customize the Loop :45 environment. Organizations define the names of Organization, Groups, Playlists, and Videos to keep within your brand naming conventions and standards. Organizations also provide Organizational logo, custom cover image, custom cover images for Playlists, and custom Video thumbnail images.

Organizations with a Business Membership can invite Members to a Group by sharing a link or showing a QR code that will automatically assign the Member to a specified Group within the Organization. The link and QR Code can be found in the Dashboard, which can be accessed by Organizational Owners, Organizational Admins, and Group Directors.

The Dashboard is accessible on various devices, but it's currently best optimized for desktop or laptop use.

Organizations with a Business Membership can invite Members to a Group by sharing a link or showing a QR that will automatically assign the Member to a specified Group within the Organization. At this time, Loop: 45 does not accommodate email list uploads.

Organizations with a Business Membership have multiple options for Member Roles:

• Organization Owner: This role has full access across the entire platform for all content moderation and management, member management, and content and program development. This role can delete the Organization from Loop :45.
• Organization Admin: This role has full access across the entire platform for all content moderation and management, member management, and content and program development.
• Group Director: This role has full access across a specific Group or Groups for all content moderation and management, member management, and content and program development.
• Group Creator: This role has access to create, view, and share Videos in a specific Group or Groups.
• Group Participant: This role has access to view Videos in a specific Group or Groups. When granted access, this role may also create and share Videos for a specific purpose.
  

Organizations with a Business Membership can create Groups. Individuals with the Loop :45 Free account cannot create Groups nor add Members to the Account.

For Business Members, Group Creators can Post the video to Group Members. Posting means that once a Video is created and Published, all Group Members will be notified. When Organizations create Accounts with Loop :45, they create Groups, which work like content distribution lists. Group Creators can then Create and Post their :45s directly to all Group Members at once, with the click of a button. Learn more about Loop :45 Features.

Organizational Owners, Organizational Admins, and Groups Directors may view the data on the Loop :45 Dashboard. Loop :45 also shares video stats with Video Creators via the App.

Loop :45 has a number of resources to help with Video Content Creation. We believe short-form video can make a big impact, if done correctly. Tips can be found in-app as well as in the Spotlight section of the Resources tab on the website.

Members of Loop :45 are in control of their own data with the ability to change or delete any of their Videos or Profile information. The platforms leverages various third-party services to perform necessary functions, but Loop: 45 does not share any sensitive user data.

Yes. Every Loop :45 video has Closed Captioning. The viewer can determine if they would like to view Closed Captions or not, by clicking on the CC icon in both the App or the Browser.

While Videos can be created in any language, please note that the App and Dashboard are supported exclusively in English, and Closed Captioning is available only in English.

Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of takes you can use to create your video. During the recording stage, you can start and stop as many times as needed. You can also save drafts to your Studio for later review. This allows you to perfect your video until it meets your standards.

No, there are no ads on the Loop :45 app or dashboard. We believe that viewers should remain focused on the videos without distractions. Our goal is to maintain a professional environment that supports clear and effective messaging.

Loop :45 does not sell any Member data.

For Organizations with a Business Membership, Organization Owners, Organization Admins, and Group Directors can immediately delete an inappropriate Video from their Organization using the Loop :45 Dashboard.

For Loop :45 Members, without Admin access, “Report” a video that you deem inappropriate by watching the Video in the App and tapping on the More Menu (represented by three dots in the Video Viewer). Once a video is Reported, Loop :45 will reach out with next steps.

Currently, Loop :45 does not provide specific data on who has viewed your videos. The video data available includes the total number of Videos Published and the total number of Video Views. However, you can see who reacted to your video. Video Creators can view Video Reactions, including the names of those who reacted, in the Video Stats area of the Loop :45 App.

Every Video created on Loop :45 stays on the App and in the Dashboard indefinitely. There are two ways for content to be removed from the platform. The first is the Creator of the Video can delete it and the second is if an Organization Owner, Organization Admin, or Group Director chooses, they may also delete the content.

Loop :45 does not support direct downloads, however, every Video that is created on Loop :45 is saved to the Creator’s Camera Roll and can be used on other digital platforms.

Loop :45 offers multiple ways to control who sees content. There are controls that can be managed at the Group level, and would apply to all the Videos in that Group. Also controls can be placed on individual Videos. When Videos are published, the Video Creator decides who to share it with, if at all, and determines if all Group Members, select Group Members, or those outside the App can view it. For Members of Loop :45, your Video are stored in your Studio. Additionally, it is important to remember that Videos recorded in-App will be saved to your device. 

For Organizations,  posted or published Videos that are created by Members of your Groups are  available on the Loop :45 Dashboard.

If you leave an Organization or a Group, your Member Video content remains on the Loop :45 platform. The Video content can be deleted by the Video Creator, Organization Owners, Organization Admins, and Group Directors.

Members can search for their own Videos in their Studio by Video Title. Group Members can also search for any Group Videos within the Group Video tab. To protect Creator privacy, Videos are not searchable across the wider Loop :45 platform outside of these specific areas.

Yes. Loop :45 allows Members to categorize Videos into Playlists. A Playlist is a collection of Videos that follow the same theme or purpose.  There is no limit to the number of Playlists that can be created.
