Log in to the Loop :45 Dashboard - we recommend you use a desktop or laptop for the optimal experience.

The Dashboard is where Organizational Owners, Admins and Group Directors create Groups, Add Members, Schedule Programming and View Analytics.

It is your go-to hub for for all the content and settings your Members experience in the App and is designed for powerful video content management.

Organization Navigation

The left side panel of the screen is divided in two parts. The top section is specific to the overall Organization. For Organizational Owners and Admins, this is where they can find:

• Overview - See the full list of Groups in the Organization
• Billing - Find billing details
• Members - The full list of Members within the Organization

Organization Overview

Select the Overview to view all the Groups for which you are a Group Director. In the top right of each Group Card, click on the three dots on the Group card in order to set and adjust Group Settings.

Group Navigation

The middle section of left side panel is specific to Groups. Select any Group and click the caret to reveal the Menu items for:

• Programs - Design Programs for Group Members. Create recurring Programs and Assign Group Creators.
• Videos - View a list of all Videos created within the Group. Click through to view any Video.
• Playlists - View a list of all Playlists created within the Group. Click through to view any Playlist.
• Members- View a list of all Members included in the Group.
• Profile - View and edit the Group Name, Details, Cover and Profile images.

Click on the name of any Group to review the Group Dashboard and data about the Group's Videos, Programs, Members and views.

Group Settings

Click the gear icon in the top. right of the screen to set and adjust Group Settings including Default Member Role, Member Request, and Group Visibility.

Add Group

Add a new Group by clicking in the "+ ADD GROUP" button on the left side panel.
