Loop :45 has two different features for content organization and distribution.
Program: A Program is created only in the Dashboard and allows Group Directors to create assignments, set timing and cadence, and assign settings and parameters for recurring content. Every Program has an associated Playlist.
Playlist: A Playlist can be created in either the Loop :45 App or Dashboard and is mainly used as a vehicle to organize content that follows a similar theme. Playlist Assignments can be set in the Dashboard as well. Group Directors can also ask Members to submit content to Playlists.
When it comes to effectively sharing information with your team on a regular basis, Recurring Programs is the ideal way to do it.
Recurring Programs make it easy to create content, assign creators, and schedule publishing times that work best for you and your team.
Looking for guidance in creating your own Recurring Program? Follow these five steps.
Log in to the Loop :45 Dashboard.
Click the “Programs” tab on the left hand side of the screen, followed by the “+Create Program” button to get started.
Fill in the Program details. Select the Program Type. Include a Name for the Program before clicking “NEXT”.
Create a Playlist Name to facilitate your Program. Playlists are a collection of Videos that follow the same theme and typically have a recurring cadence.
Create a description for the Playlist that offers guidance and direction for the Videos that will be created for this Program. Include any objectives, guidelines, or prompts to help inspire your members.
Include a Cover Image. This is a great way to customize a Playlist that follows a specific theme or purpose.
Fill in the Program details by assigning Creators to Create Video Content. Schedule the time and date you’d like Videos to be posted to your Group. Set the cadence you’d like the Videos to be added to the Program.
Determine the viewing permissions for the Program.
Anyone with the link can view the content.
All Members of your Group can view the Content.
Only Creators of your Group can view the Content.
To automate your published content to be automatically posted to your group, make sure the toggle button is red. This will notify all Members when a new Video is posted to your Group.
Review your Program Details to ensure everything is accurate. Select the pencil icon to make any adjustments.
Once you’re ready, select “Done”. You’ll then be brought to the Program Overview screen. This offers a look at all the Programs you are currently running within your Group.
