As your Group expands, you may receive Member Requests from individuals who find your Group in the Loop :45 App—either through search or because someone shared the Group with them. Approving requests ensures that the right people join your community and helps maintain an engaged and relevant Group.

When someone requests to join, you’ll receive an email notification prompting you to review the request. Here’s how to manage them easily from your Dashboard.

Step-by-Step: Approving Member Requests

1. Log in to the Loop :45 Dashboard – Head to the platform and navigate to your Group.
2. Go to the Members Tab – Click on the "Requests" section to see pending approvals.
3. Review the Request – Confirm that the requester is legitimate and has the appropriate Member role for your Group: Participant or Creator.
4. Click “Approve” – Approve the request, and they’ll be added to your Group.
