Loop :45 has two different features for content organization and distribution.
Playlist: A Playlist can be created in either the Loop :45 App or Dashboard and is mainly used as a vehicle to organize content that follows a similar theme. Playlist Assignments can be set in the Dashboard as well. Group Directors can also ask Members to submit content to Playlists.
Program: A Program is created only in the Dashboard and allows Group Directors to create assignments, set timing and cadence, and assign settings and parameters for recurring content. Every Program has an associated Playlist.
Easily organize your videos into Playlists. A Playlist is a collection of Videos that follow the same theme and typically have a recurring cadence. Adding videos to a Playlist enhances the viewing experience and content management by organizing videos into specific categories or themes, making it easier to find and watch related content. Playlists also enable seamless, continuous playback, allowing viewers to watch multiple videos in sequence without interruptions.
Log in to the Loop :45 Dashboard.
Select the Group, from the list on the left, in which the Playlist will reside.
Select the Playlist option from the left drop down menu.
Click the “Create Playlist” button in the top right of the screen.
A. Type in the name of the Playlist.
B. In the Details area, you can optionally provide a description about the Videos you’d like to have added to the playlist.
C. Add a cover photo for your Playlist.
D. Select a deadline for Videos to be added or select No Deadline.
E. Select who can add Videos and who can see the Playlist on the Loop :45 app.
F. Select to auto-post the Videos added to the Playlist. If this is selected, Group Members are notified when a video is added and the Video appears on the Group Home Tab.
G. Click "Create".

If you choose, you may add already created Videos to this Playlist by clicking the “Add Videos” button. Select the Videos for the Playlist by clicking on the +.
View the Playlist in the Dashboard and on the App.
