If a Member is having difficulty creating a video, it could be due to their current role not permitting video creation. On Loop :45, only Organizational Owners, Admins, and Group Directors and Creators have the ability to create videos.
To verify and adjust a member’s permissions:
Organizational Owners, Admins, or Group Directors should log in to the Loop :45 Dashboard.
From the left side panel, click on the MEMBERS tab under the Group name where the Member is attempting to create a video.
Find the Member whose role you want to change. You can either scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top of the screen to locate them.
Use the dropdown menu next to their name to select the appropriate role.
To grant video creation permissions, ensure the role selected is Creator.
