How To Send a Peer-to-Peer Message

Sending a direct connect or Peer-to-Peer (P2P) video message ensures clear, personal, and immediate communication, reducing misunderstandings and strengthening relationships. It saves time, enhances engagement, and fosters trust in business interactions.

Step 1: Navigate to the Group Section

Open the Loop :45 App and select a Group. Tap on the Members tab to see a list of all the Members in that Group.

Step 2: Find the Member You Want to Message

Scroll through the list of Members until you locate the person you want to send a Peer-to-Peer :45 to.

Step 3: Create Your :45

To the right of the Member's name, you’ll see a "Create Video" icon. Tap it, and you’ll have the option to:

• Record
• Upload
• Select a Draft

Choose the option that works best for you and follow the corresponding flow.

Step 4: Finalize & Send the :45

After recording or selecting your :45, complete the following:

• Title your :45 for clarity.
• Add Attachments if needed, such as images or documents.
• Tap "Send", and the :45 will be delivered directly to the selected Member.

Bonus Tip: Pin Frequent Contacts for Quick Access

If you frequently communicate with certain Members, you can pin them to your home screen for quick access to P2P videos.

How to Pin a Member:

1. Go to the Group section and tap the Members tab.
2. Find the Member you want to pin.
3. Tap the "Pin" icon next to their name.
4. Return to your Home Screen, and you’ll see the pinned Members listed for easy access.
